Agency-Managed Funding

If your NDIS plan is agency-managed, the NDIA manages your funding directly and purchases must be made through NDIS-registered providers.

Supply Med is not registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. This means we are unable to accept agency-managed funding or process orders on behalf of agency-managed participants.

What Are Your Options?

If you are agency-managed and need consumables or medical supplies, you will need to purchase through an NDIS-registered supplier. You can search for registered providers on the NDIS website at ndis.gov.au.

Changing Your Plan Management Type

If you’d like more flexibility in where you can shop, you may be able to request a change to plan-managed or self-managed funding at your next plan review. Speak to your support coordinator or contact the NDIA directly to discuss your options.
