Shipping Australia-Wide
Supply Med ships to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over $200 — Free standard shipping
- Orders under $200 — Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address
Express shipping is available on eligible items and is calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Supply Med dispatches orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. For plan-managed orders, dispatch occurs once payment is received from your plan manager.
Bulky & Freight Items
Some larger items — including certain equipment and mobility aids — are shipped via freight and are excluded from standard and express delivery options. Freight shipping costs and timeframes are calculated separately at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Track your order at auspost.com.au/track.
Delivery Address
We ship to residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes for bulky or freight items — a physical address is required for those orders.
For standard and express items, Australia Post PO Box delivery is available.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your order, Australia Post will leave a card and hold the parcel at your nearest post office for collection. Uncollected parcels are returned to Supply Med. Re-delivery fees apply.
NDIS Orders
Delivery timeframes apply equally to NDIS orders. For plan-managed participants, note that dispatch depends on plan manager payment — factor this into your supply planning, particularly for consumables you use regularly. We recommend placing orders before you run low rather than waiting until you’re out of stock.
